D4 Safety has a mobile unit that performs motor inspections and maintenance on-site in Nevada. We can complete an ANSI-compliant inspection that eliminates the need to send out your motors for several days.
We work around your schedule. The motors will be labeled, and you will receive an inspection report. All we would require is space and power.
D4 follows the CM inspection criteria and the ANSI E1.6-2 – 2020 Standard.
We will change the suspension bolts with OEM parts on all Lodestars' large and small frame motors at every periodic inspection, as the plate must be removed for inspection. The brake stud nuts on an AC brake must be replaced after each removal.
